Relatefulness is a conversational mindfulness practice that cultivates presence, awareness, and connection in relationship with others. Through honest expression, attuned listening, and staying present to what’s alive between us, we discover more of ourselves—and more of each other.

It’s like meditating together, in conversation.

Relatefulness has roots in mindfulness and awakening practices. It also has roots in tantric and embodiment practices. And lastly, it is heavily informed by integral theory and Ken Wilber.

We see this practice as a way of exploring Waking Up (Living more from True Self), Showing Up (Engaging more fully with life), Growing Up (Evolving your Identity), and Cleaning Up (Shadow work) practices together.
