Join Nami Nesterowicz for a 3 part multi sensory awakening through the land, water and jungle connection. Each class can be taken separately or as a series. $177 per class or $333 for all 3.

CLASS ONE: EARTH - The Foundation & The Body

Theme: Rooting, Safety, and Presence

Focus: Grounding, stability, nourishment, and connecting to the physical body and land.

Opening Ritual:

Smudging with dried herbs (copal, rosemary, or sage)

Set sacred circle and intention: "I am safe, I am home, I am rooted in purpose."

Grounding meditation: visualize roots extending from your feet into the Earth.

Teachings:

Discuss the spiritual symbolism of Earth (root chakra, manifestation, abundance).

Earth as the Mother: womb of all creation.

Honoring the body as a sacred vessel.

 Experiential:

Barefoot grounding activity outside (if possible).

Clay anointing: allow participants to mark their skin with earth or clay as a ritual of connection.

Mini nature walk to collect something from the land to place on the altar.

Journaling Prompts:

Where in life do I need more grounding?

What does true nourishment mean to me?

What limiting beliefs can I compost back to the Earth?

Closing Circle:

Share insights.

End with affirmation: “I trust the Earth beneath me. I am supported. I am strong.”

CLASS TWO: WATER - The Flow & The Feminine

Theme: Emotions, Surrender, Intuition

Focus: Releasing control, emotional alchemy, and divine feminine flow.

Opening Ritual:

Gentle misting of floral water (rose or lavender) over each person as a blessing.

Intention setting: “I surrender to the flow of life. I trust the tides within.”

Teachings:

Water as a symbol of the soul, emotions, intuition, and purification.

The sacredness of tears and emotional release.

Tapping into the divine feminine wisdom within.

Experiential:

Water bowl ritual: Each person speaks into water what they are ready to release and then pours it into the earth.

Gentle movement/dance session embodying fluidity and release.

Optional: a short, sacred sound bath using water-themed instruments (e.g. crystal bowls, ocean drum).

Journaling Prompts:

What emotions have I been holding back?

When have I felt most connected to the flow?

How can I honor my intuition more fully?

Closing Circle:

Offer a sacred sip of herbal tea or coconut water in gratitude.

Group chant or mantra: “I am the water, I am the flow, I am the womb from which all life grows.”

CLASS THREE: NONI - The Medicine & The Mystic

Theme: Healing, Regeneration, and Soul Wisdom

Focus: Plant spirit connection, ancestral memory, inner healing.

Opening Ritual:

Place a piece of fresh noni or salve in each person's palm. Ask them to close their eyes and connect with its essence.

Set intention: “I open myself to the wisdom of the ancient ones and the medicine within.”

Teachings:

Story of Noni as a sacred healing plant (link it to your own journey and the Costa Rican land).

How plant spirits speak and commune with us spiritually.

Discuss healing as returning to wholeness.

Experiential:

Guided meditation journey to meet the spirit of Noni.

Sacred self-anointing using Noni ManaKai salve (led as a ritual of self-blessing).

Group reflection on where healing is needed most.

Journaling Prompts:

What part of me is asking for healing?

What wisdom does the medicine plant want me to remember?

How can I become a vessel for healing in the world?

Closing Circle:

Each person offers one word of what they are carrying forward.

Final blessing: “May the spirit of Noni guide your path, may your roots stay deep, and your waters stay clear.”

Meet Your Facilitator

Healer, channeler, angel painter and international author and healer , working with some Bri Bris in Costa Rica and Tibetan shaman Nami Nesterowicz has been in the healing profession since 1995. He offers intuitive guidance and healing for clients. He can channel the archangels and spirit guides that watch over you, translating their messages into beautiful colors on canvas. Many clients return repeatedly for painting sessions to see how they have progressed with their goals and see how their guides suggest they move forward. Nami teaches about the archangels, from Michael to Gabriel to Milagros, and more. He teaches students to feel their energies, call the angels in to help in all areas of their life, and identify areas of unease in their body in order to heal. His main goal is helping students hone in on their innate intuitive skills, developing them further and unlocking abilities they may not have discovered yet. Additionally Nami has painted over 7,000 spiritual portraits, and helped over 15,000 clients. His deep and vast experience makes him an ideal healer, teacher, and mentor.
