Celebrate the changing of the seasons with a movement practice that is grounding, connected and intimate. No dance experience is needed, we move freely with gentle prompts and guidance.

Meet Your Facilitator:

DeeAnn Macomson is a certified Azul teacher and trained with Amara Pagano, the creator of Azul. She is also a Drum Circle Facilitator and Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. Her commitment and curiosity about embodiment is the thread that connects all of her experiences and work.
She has facilitated Azul class and workshops in a wide variety of settings from Wellness Centers to Correctional Facilities and Transitional Housing Shelters.
She also works in Memory Care at a Senior Care Facility in Charlotte, bringing in Drumming, Movement classes, and other dynamic activities for residents.
