This week, Ashley Blinson will be teaching the following technique: Sharing stories and wisdom from my personal journey following synchronicities through death, rituals and the creation of healing tools. Opportunity to touch and work with wings and fans for connection with sacred bird spirits and beyond. Channeling and energy healing offerings to support deeper relating within and more trust in one’s personal path.

Bright Haven is a campus for Sacred Roots Spiritual Community, a not for profit Faith Based Organization in Charlotte, NC. This is a donation-based service.

What to Expect:

• Inclusive and welcoming environment

• Guided reflections, music, and meditation

• Teachings on love, authenticity, and personal transformation

• A space to build community and deepen spiritual practice

10:30am-12:30pm Service:
– Introductions
– Short Teaching on various topics
– Sound and/or movement practice
– 15-20 minutes of silent meditation for connection to Self
– Authentic group discussion
– Anyi donations and song

12:30-1pm(ish) Potluck & Community
1:30pm: Take the love home
