A musical healing journey featuring traditional Icaros and medicine songs in Spanish and English. These songs are ceremonial celebrations to guide attention, open the heart, and support emotional release through rhythm, melody, dance and intention.

We are here to build & sustain a safe & inclusive community that meets regularly to learn skills both ancient and modern for connecting to our authentic selves, to nature & to spirit.

Bright Haven is a campus for Sacred Roots Spiritual Community, a not for profit Faith Based Organization in Charlotte, NC. This is a donation-based service.

What to Expect:

• Inclusive and welcoming environment

• Guided reflections, music, and meditation

• Teachings on love, authenticity, and personal transformation

• A space to build community and deepen spiritual practice

10:30am-12:30pm Service:
– Introductions
– Short Teaching on various topics
– Sound and/or movement practice
– 15-20 minutes of silent meditation for connection to Self
– Authentic group discussion
– Anyi donations and song
