I'll be talking about the koshas, or layers of self. This teaching comes from the Upanishads and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Understanding how to move our awareness inward through these layers is a way to access true Self. I'll relate each of the koshas to the limb of yoga that we use to remove the veils. I'll follow up with a short guided mediation to illustrate how to work within each limb/kosha. The silent meditation that we always do after the teaching, will be the culmination.

– Introductions
– Short Teaching on various topics
– Sound and/or movement practice
– 15-20 minutes of silent meditation for connection to Self
– Authentic group discussion
– Anyi donations and song
