This 4-hour Sunday Self-Care Mini-Retreat is an intentional, unhurried experience designed to create the conditions your body needs to unwind naturally—without pushing, fixing, or forcing.
We begin with a guided meditation to quiet the mind, soften the nervous system, and establish a supportive energetic field. This allows the body to arrive before any physical work begins.
From there, you’ll be guided through Stress Reset Fascia Maneuvers—gentle, intentional movements that help your system recognize it is no longer under threat. For many people, this is the turning point.
