Emily (she/her) believes yoga is not about perfect shapes or working out, but about cultivating compassion, curiosity, and loving awareness to nourish our minds, bodies, and souls. In sharing yoga practiced with others, Emily enjoys weaving together meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of play.
