We will be wearing Silent Disco Headphones for a complete immersive experience. Also giving you the opportunity to take a sensory break if needed by just removing the headphones or turning the volume down.
Where:
We will always honor what Mother Nature presents and you will have the option to move throughout the beautiful wooded property during the session weather permitting.

No dance experience necessary just an openess to move in the ways your body wants to move and be curious about the challenges that might show up…physically, mentally, emotionally & energetically. You can also bring a chair/ blanket/ or yoga mat to use for breaks if standing for long periods of time isn’t always comfortable.
