Single Ticket: $125 | Two for $200 — Bring a friend and save!

Step into a space designed to help you reconnect to your body and your inner power.

This half-day retreat combines guided breathwork and abdominal therapy to help you release tension, process stored emotions, and restore balance.

You’ll move stagnant energy, feel more present in your body, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Opening Circle & Intention Setting
A gentle welcome into the space with grounding practices, breath awareness, and the option to enjoy a warm cacao or herbal tea.

Instructional Hour: Foundations of Abdominal Therapy & Breathwork
Each practitioner will guide you through the principles behind their modality—why it works, how it supports feminine healing, and how you can integrate these practices into your daily life. This will include breathwork demonstrations and a presentation on anatomy as it relates to abdominal therapy!

Light Refreshment Break
Nourish your body and connect with others over light snacks and herbal infusions before we move into the deeper work.

Abdominal Therapy Session
A guided, hands-on self-massage experience focused on reconnecting with your womb, releasing physical tension, and opening energetic flow. This is a sacred ritual for all women, whether you are post menopause or have had a hysterectomy. We can all connect with the spirit of our womb.

Sacred Breathwork Journey
An intuitive Theta Breathwork session that will help you move stuck emotional energy, regulate your nervous system, and access deeper states of clarity and embodiment.

Closing Ritual & Integration
We’ll end with a grounding practice, time for reflection or journaling, and an optional sharing circle to anchor in your transformation.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes you can move and breathe easily in. You may also want to bring a water bottle, journal, and a cozy blanket or shawl. If you have your own mug for tea or cacao, feel free to bring that as well.

Meet Your Facilitator

Eevan is a certified Theta Breathwork practitioner who blends science and soul to guide women through profound emotional release and intuitive reconnection. Her journey with breathwork began in 2019, when a single session helped her move through years of unacknowledged grief, unlocking a deep sense of freedom and clarity. Since then, breathwork has become both her healing path and her calling. With a background shaped by overcoming religious conditioning and reclaiming her inner voice, Eevan now supports others in doing the same - coming home to themselves through the power of the breath.

Her sessions are spiritual, intuitive, grounding, and activating. Each experience begins with a guided meditation to connect with both Mother Earth and higher guidance, followed by rhythmic breathwork that shifts the brain into a transformative Theta state. In this space, participants release stored emotions, rewire limiting patterns, and often receive insights or intuitive downloads. Eevan holds a safe, supportive container for deep healing and integration, allowing each person to leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to their truth. Meet Your Facilitator

Carissa has been a massage therapist for over a decade and is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies. She has a special focus on supporting women who struggle with menstrual pain, pelvic health, and digestive disorders - an interest shaped by her own healing journey. Carissa specializes in abdominal therapy and is a certified instructor with the Abdominal Therapy Institute.

She is especially passionate about helping women build a healthier relationship with their womb space - something she once viewed with skepticism herself. For many years, Carissa felt disconnected form her pelvic health, especially as someone who is child-free and didn't resonate with the traditional ideas of fertility. But over time, she came to understand the womb as a powerful center for creativity, intuition, and healing - not just reproduction. Now, she teaches others how to reclaim that connection in a grounded, inclusive, and personal way. Learn more at https://www.involvebodywork.com
